I'm going to link, and relink a bunch of people..
Some are new, some have been on here before.
I'll filter out the bad-apples, but for the time being, this is the fold.

Post regularly, once every two weeks minimum, but those better be damn good posts.. I understand everyone has their writer's block, but if you dont write anything, then you obviously dont have anything you want anyone to read right? so that probably means you dont want anyone to read your site, and I wouldnt want to trouble you with posting regularly, so I'll just unlink you.
Keep your site up, Content is good, a clean site is good.. I dont want to unlink someone for using tons of GIF's or something....
Thats all.. I'm not a tight-wad or a jerk.. I just run a tight ship :D
