happy birthday mom
I went to chinatown today with my family to dine specifically at the asian noodle resturant, that my mom had seen on heul howser.. the food was really tasty.. I ate a little chicken. it rocked. fried bananas for desert rocked too.
the as we were walking it off we came to a little chinese shop that sold a small galaxy of imported items, weapons were among those.. and past all of the expensive and tempting swords I found some nice wooden training equipment.. since I already have a bo and josh has kamas and escrimas I picked up a pair of tonfas.. now all we need to complete the fight-club is some boxing gloves ;)
3 hours of driving later and I stand before you, refreshed, but somehow unchanged.
now I'm going to go.

So then
Watched some movies today, I've been doing that alot lately.
I should have 48 prints back by saturday that I can post on here/myspace/dA and hopefully most of 'em will rock.
I have my foot in the door with starbucks, that's all at the moment. I have an interview next thursday, which will hopefully[probably] go pretty good... cashflow will be nice but I've got to remember to most of it..

So.. its hard for me to write on here again, mainly because I'm trying to keep it interesting for people who may not know me, by writing piffy, intriguing things... which isnt easy for me.
To that end, I dont just want to write about how my day went, because usually my days are slow and boring...
and I dont even want to write about how my LIFE is going, because thats pretty boring too..
I uhm... I'm going in for an interview at starbucks feb 5th, I'll probably be hired. hooray. and uhm.. then.. I'm trying to study more for the CHSPE...

Elliot smith always makes me cry
specifically the song 'twilight'... he's such a sweetheart.
today was excellent, I shot approximately 11/2 rolls of film at huntington beach pier with steph, krys and dane. they rock. [and they are a part of my myspace harem ]
the shot that I'm especially looking forward to- other than the one of dane bending over- is a shot with my cross-hatch filter of this blinging S-10 that had hydraulics.. hopefully I'll be able to post that soon.
and then, tonight was uneventful.. I watched the forgotten for the second time, and the uncut alternate version wasn't any better than the crappy theatrical version.. you can get more info about that movie at IMDb.com... from now on I'm not going to post dummy links that're to reviews, I'm going to post the means to get to those reviews, in order to make you all smarter people.
Oh yeah, I worked out for about an hour under a full moon, it was a good time.. I thought my saturday night would be wasted but I pulled it out.. then I sat with my dad and talked religion for an hour.. that was stimulating :]

Is it odd that I'm the antagonist in my own dreams- I'm the source of my own personal hell in sleep? case in point, I usually have unsettling, disturbing, violent dreams.. yet in all of them I'm the one who's inflicting the pain on others..

Forgive me father for I have sinned
its been two months since my last confession.
I want to do what is right, and abide by the master's path.. but there's a part of me holding back from doing what I truely want to do.
I have forsaken you time and time again, most notably when I took a relationship over your inheritance... the relationship dissolved and would've lost both in the end if it were'nt for your mercy in light of my constant downfalls.
I hate everything I do for I do that which I do not want to do and not what I truely want to do.
I want to be better, but I don't know how I can do that wholly and purely without your help and guidance.
so then, I begin down this path, one beset with danger at all sides. But I relent, for it is not by my strength, but by your supplication I shall overcome.
