Never enough

my life is sink or swim, if I'm already swimming I need to swim faster.

I know what I need to get done but it just doesnt happen because I'm still a weak human, uneffective for my own purposes.

photog.: I have three rolls still sitting on my desk, one of them b&w, all waiting for processing.. I really need to see some of these done in order to continue taking pictures, I know that the 1st (and only completed) black and white roll is going to be underwhelming but I've still gotta try. I took 5 whole shots during a day trip to l.a. :/

self-esteem: low. revising myself is harder than I thought, again the course of action is plain but the implications are impossible. I need so many things I dont have, everything I have is taken fore-granted and unusable, everything else is mere embelishment. I need help.

I'm going to go play videogames with my associate.

finished another roll, probably going to have 3+ down by monday, and hopefully I'll get those back by wednesday ish.

I might be doing the photography for a summer camp. I'll get to handle a rented canon eos 1ds mk II... its gonna rock.

as my friend kim says, I am hard going. I do not take life easily. I am what some of my less affection aquaintances have called "an asshole".. which flies just fine with me.

I'll say it proudly.
I dont really care, I wish I did. and in that is the irony.

Speaking at a panel discussion on Tuesday, Lt-Gen James Mattis, responsible for Camp Pendleton's 1st Marine Division in Iraq, said he had fun shooting Afghan men who he claimed beat women for five years.



"You know, guys like that ain't got no manhood left anyway. So, it's a hell of a lot of fun to shoot them," he said to clapping from the panel's audience.



According to NBCSanDiego.com, Mattis is quoted as saying: "Actually, its a lot of fun to fight. You know, it's a hell of a hoot. I like brawling."
